Alder & Finch Communities runs a short list of apartment communities and keeps a leasing and maintenance team at each one. We would rather know every building well than own a great many of them.

Neighbors first

Each community keeps a small yearly budget for its own neighborhood, and residents vote each spring on where it goes, from a school supply drive to a creek clean-up. Every member of our staff takes one paid volunteer day a year. At Finch Yard, spare produce from the community garden goes to a local food pantry each Saturday in season.
